  4. Y-site, Luer-activated Needle-free Injection Site (NAC)

    • NAC (Needle-free Access Connector) is non-removable and can be used with any standard Luer device such as a syringe or IV tubing
  5. Inserter

    • Contoured ergonomic grip promotes controlled needle placement
    • Circle at the top of the inserter assists with visual placement of the needle into the port
    • Needle used for insertion is a non-coring trocar needle and is removed immediately after insertion into a port. The patient will not feel the needle being removed as it does not pass back through the skin
